Superb Garden Salad

1 cup whole green beans, trimmed
4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced (4 cups)
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
10 radishes, sliced
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
10 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 cups lettuce, romaine, and endive (mixed)
1 cup Italian dressing

Cook green beans in water until crisp-tender; drain.
Plunge into ice water; let stand until cool; drain.
Combine potatoes, beans, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, green onions, and salad greens in large salad bowl.
Drizzle on salad dressing; toss lightly to mix.
Serve immediately.
